Codept is a cloud-based logistics platform for e-commerce that offers flexible warehouse management and fulfillment throughout Europe. Retailers have easy access to a wide range of different logistics service providers with just one IT interface. The start-up was founded with the support of the Berlin-based autonomous company builder Beam, a BEUMER Group spin-off. The system provider has now invested further in the start-up via the Company Builder and acquired a majority stake. "We are thus strengthening our strategic partnership," reports Beam Managing Director Robert Bach. "We are thus supporting Codept even more intensively in establishing the logistics platform on the market in a powerful and sustainable way, scaling it more quickly and expanding it with additional features."

Companies from a wide range of industries across Europe already rely on Codept's expertise. This is particularly true for high volumes and challenging goods such as bulky goods, hazardous goods or organic food. The integrative platform immediately makes a decisive contribution to reducing costs for users in logistics. In the future, artificial intelligence will help to optimize data and processes.
