Rethinking the pallet

Smart Flow s.a. from Belgium worked closely with its customers to implement their wishes for a completely optimized, nestable reusable plastic pallet. Measuring 800 x 1,200 millimetres, the pallet is supported by nine ergonomic feet and is particularly robust thanks to its cross struts. Reinforced, rounded corners in the base, the high anti-slip edge (7 to 22 millimetres) and a notch for pallet film make the balanced load capacity of up to 1,000 kilograms a safe load. Placeholders for logos on all four sides and slots for RFID ensure identity. The pallet is very stable and saves time during handling as it can be picked up from all four sides. It is the ideal retail pallet. 10 times more rounds, 100 percent recyclable and optimum use of space in the truck are further economic arguments for rethinking pallets, says the manufacturer.
