Schoeller Allibert has new flexible large load carriers
Schoeller Allibert's trade fair appearance will focus on the foldable Magnum Optimum product family of flexible load carriers. The company will also be presenting two other innovations from this segment.
The robust reusable plastic containers in the product family have been developed as a modular system and are suitable for many applications, for example in the automotive, manufacturing, electronics and food industries. The basis is the pallet base in ISO pallet dimensions with feet or runners, which can be easily replaced if required. The Optiframe top frame makes it easy to vary the container height. Depending on the version, the containers can hold a payload of up to 750 kilograms. If unit loads are transported in trays, the possible load volume even increases to up to 1,000 kilograms. At the same time, the large volume containers are significantly lighter than mesh boxes, for example. When empty, the containers can be folded down to around a third of their volume. The tried-and-tested Magnum Optimum series currently consists of the Magnum Optimum 1200x1000, the Magnum Optimum 595 and the brand new Magnum Optimum Hopper. The recently launched Magnum Optimum Hopper will also be on display in Nuremberg. The large load carrier for bulk goods has a lockable base opening in its platform in ISO pallet dimensions and is therefore very suitable for the delivery of small parts in large quantities. The Magnum Optimum 595 is another large load carrier that is particularly easy to fold. It can accommodate payloads of up to 750 kilograms, can be extended with Optiframes and is significantly lighter than its predecessor. Another highlight at the Schoeller Allibert stand is the Combo Excelsior, which completes the Combo series. The medium-sized load carrier in ISO pallet dimensions with a capacity of 1,000 liters is particularly suitable for transporting liquids and liquid foodstuffs over long distances. The Combo Excelsior can be emptied quickly and precisely via its large bottom valve. When empty, the Combo Excelsior can be folded to around a third of its volume. What makes Schoeller Allibert's trade fair appearance particularly exciting is the announced addition to the Magnum Optimum family. What the new family member can do remains a secret until FachPack.
