Individual: A load carrier for cable harnesses
At the trade fair, Söhner Kunststofftechnik will be presenting a cross-section of its product range with MegaPack folding systems (GLTs), workpiece carriers and plastic packaging solutions. One of the highlights will be a customized container solution for interior cable harnesses. The large load carrier with dimensions of 1500 x 800 x 520 mm was developed for handling cable harnesses. Lowering the edge of the pallet on one transverse side, for example, makes it easier to remove the 30 to 50 kilogram cable harnesses. This is marked with colored stripes for better visibility. A low tare weight of 28 kilograms simplifies handling when empty. In addition, the transport container can be folded to save space and reduce the volume by around 60 percent. This not only saves space but also costs.
