Bekuplast shows special tray for non-conveyable containers
The container manufacturer bekuplast is presenting a variety of innovative solutions. Containers and trays for intralogistics will be on display at the trade fair stand, for example the customer-specific solution for the small parts warehouse of a leading wholesale company. bekuplast developed the following for the retail company
a tray that can be used to transport containers of different sizes that cannot be conveyed. As the customer's existing conveyor technology can only read barcodes on the long side of the container, a tray with a stacking cross was out of the question. bekuplast solved this problem with a special tray that has different height levels. The tray, measuring 400 x 300 x 40 millimetres, is designed for containers with basic dimensions of 200 x 150, 300 x 200 and 400 x 300 millimetres. The non-conveyable containers are transported and stored on the tray. The recesses in the tray ensure that the containers are stable and cannot tip over. Also on display: a large selection from the product range with AKL containers, Euro standard containers, volume-reducible containers, VDA-KLTs and pallets.
