Transport systems for automated material flow

The Leo transporters from Bito make it easier for users to get started with the automation of material processes, which is possible from 20,000 euros. The system is a flexible all-in-one complete solution that is ready for immediate use and can be used individually without an IT connection.

The system also doesn't take up much space and therefore also works in confined spaces and in small warehouses and production halls. What all Leo transporters have in common is that only a visual track is glued to the floor for routing, which the transporter follows. Stops, loading or route commands are specified by markers that are also attached to the floor. This completes the basic installation. The system can now also bridge transition routes that are heavily frequented by other vehicles, where the track strip could be permanently damaged by extreme loads, without a track.

The Leo transporters from Bito-Lagertechnik connect workstations with each other and can support the various in-house processes as a feeder in the storage and picking area or as a conveyor belt replacement or buffer store in production. New additions to the Leo transporter family are the Leo flow and the Leo carrier: Leo flow enables space-saving transportation in logistics and production in combination with conveyor technology. This Leo transporter variant is equipped with a belt conveyor and is therefore suitable for transporting both containers and trays as well as loose, non-standardized goods. For the Leo carrier, the Leo transporter has also been extended to include a fixed shelf structure consisting of four shelf levels.
