Fork AGV: New autonomous fork lift truck from Grenzebach
The FF1200S forklift truck was specially developed for the efficient transportation of Euro pallets and similarly sized goods carriers. Grenzebach is particularly keen to score points with its ease of installation, operation and maintenance.
With a maximum lifting height of approx. 1,200 mm and a payload of up to 1.2 tons, the automated forklift truck from Grenzebach enables the transport of Euro pallets and similarly sized goods carriers. With a speed of 2.0 m/s and a small turning radius of 1,450 mm, the AGV offers fast and maneuverable goods transport.
Quick commissioning of the forked FTF
According to the manufacturer, commissioning is extremely simple: thanks to the free contour navigation, no safety zones need to be set up. Companies can simply put the forklift truck into operation, as it has been specially developed for easy handling and minimal training requirements. The logistics processes are created via an app on any end device.
Personal safety and automation
With its Blue Spot and two Lidar laser scanners, the forklift truck ensures safety and prevents collisions with obstacles. The 3D vision system detects disruptive factors from approx. 50 mm to prevent transport damage. Thanks to autonomous goods carrier detection with artificial intelligence, the vehicle can detect inaccurately positioned goods carriers and pick up loads autonomously.
