In focus: the efficient flow of materials

K.Hartwall will once again be presenting its intralogistics solution portfolio at Logimat 2024. Visitors will be able to experience the driverless transport systems of the A-Mate product family and the Liftliner tugger trains live.

The trade fair presentation will be rounded off with a selection of load carriers - from floor rollers to roll containers and pallet cages. With more than 90 years of experience and a global supply network, the Finnish family-owned company offers a wide range of reusable load carriers for numerous industries. It includes floor rollers, reusable roll containers and pallet cages. They help users to reduce operating costs by reducing manual activities and making optimum use of the volume when loading trucks. At the same time, the products meet the highest ergonomic and occupational safety requirements. They can be combined with Liftliner tugger trains and the driverless transport systems of the A-Mate product family, which are manufactured at the company's German site near Hamburg.

The Liftliner is the shortest tugger train on the market. It can be loaded and unloaded from both sides, which increases process efficiency and saves both time and handling costs. © K.Hartwall

Liftliner holds up to six trolleys

Tugger trains ensure fast, safe and ergonomic material transportation from the warehouse to the production lines and back. With the Liftliner, K.Hartwall offers the shortest tugger train on the market. With a maximum length of 9,600 millimetres, it can accommodate up to six trolleys and retains the small turning circle of 4,500 millimetres. The ability to load and unload the trolleys from both sides saves operating time and eliminates the sequencing of deliveries. The patented tilting technology ensures safe handling of even heavy loads. The latest product in the tugger train family is Liftlner RC, which has been specially developed for transporting roll containers and floor rollers.
