Yaskawa once again among the "Top 100 Global Innovators"
Founded in 1915, Yaskawa Electric is one of the pioneers in the fields of drive technology, industrial automation and robotics. And the company continues to set standards with its solutions and systems. In 2016, Yaskawa was included in the list of the "Top 100 Global Innovators" for the second time in a row. The report - initiated by the media group Thomson Reuters - was published for the first time this year by Clarivate Analytics, formerly the Intellectual Property & Science division of Thomson Reuters. The criteria for selecting the 100 most innovative companies worldwide are global reach, the number of patents applied for and successfully granted, as well as the impact of inventions.
