Cookbook provides new tables and benches
Volker Knuff works in the logistics industry and has many contacts there, with whom he sometimes goes out for a delicious meal. On one of these occasions, he came up with the idea of publishing a cookbook himself with a specific connection to the industry. "Sterne Logistik" is the name of the collection of unusual dishes that are nevertheless easy to cook. As the whole project came about on a whim, it was quickly agreed to donate the proceeds to a good cause after the book sold so well. Chief physician Beate Stocks and head of department Ingolf Langenbach from the day clinic KJP of the DRK children's hospital were delighted to receive 1,500.00 euros, which will be used for urgently needed sports and play benches. The Wellersberg was very happy about this unusual commitment to a good cause, and one or two dishes from the cookbook will also be tried out with the patients.
