Innovation in end-of-line packaging
The fully automatic Octopus 1845S pallet stretcher will be exhibited at Fachpack. The integrated film cover sheet applicator for dust-proof and waterproof packaging is equipped with an easy-load function for inserting the cover sheet rolls. The entire process takes place at the front, so there is no need to enter the work and danger zone. The FlexROPE film lacing device can be used flexibly for different requirements. FlexROPE can be integrated into the wrapping program as required, whether the film is laced at the bottom to improve the stability of the product on the pallet or the film is laced from both sides for spiral wrapping to improve cooling or prevent the formation of condensation. The proactive OctoMAX service and maintenance module monitors all movements of the Octopus stretch wrapping system and signals any abnormalities so that preventive measures can be taken in good time, avoiding expensive downtimes.
