We have a few things up our sleeve for 2023

We have learned a great deal from the crisis mode of the past few years, and our industry in particular has always been able to stand out positively. Logistics companies have demonstrated their extraordinary innovative strength. We ourselves have a lot in our quiver for 2023 in this respect and are therefore looking to the future with the necessary caution and confidence.

Further increases in key interest rates will make loans more expensive. As a result, this will lead to a consolidation of corporate investments. At the moment, there is still a great deal of uncertainty here. However, this will hopefully dissipate once some of the current rampant speculation has proven to be unfounded. Overall, there will certainly be a slowdown in the economy. This will force us all to focus on the essentials. We must now see this as an opportunity. In my view, anything other than an economic downturn would be a big surprise. However, I expect the situation to calm down slightly from spring onwards.
