A good six months before its opening, transport logistic, which will take place at the exhibition grounds in Munich from May 9 to 12, 2023, can draw an extremely positive interim balance: The leading international trade fair for logistics, mobility, IT and supply chain management is once again expecting ten halls and will occupy a total of around 110,000 square meters of exhibition space (B1 to B6 and A3 to A6 as well as the outdoor area and track system in the east area).

Numerous industry giants such as Dachser, DB Schenker, DHL, DP World, DSV, Geodis, Maersk, Kühne + Nagel and Rhenus have already registered. Well-known companies such as Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, TST from Worms and Arkas Lojistik from Turkey have also registered for the first time.

The interim results for air cargo Europe are also pleasing. The exhibition for the global air freight industry, which is integrated into transport logistic, is already in such high demand that some companies have to be placed in Hall B2, as they were in 2019.

Stefan Rummel, Managing Director of Messe München, is delighted "that so many well-known companies will be back at transport logistic next year. The feedback on air cargo Europe is also a really great signal. This feedback from our customers shows once again how important specialized trade fairs are. In just a few days, decision-makers from all over the world will meet here to exchange ideas and do business."

Uwe Brinks, CEO DHL Freight, can only confirm this: "transport logistic is one of the world's leading logistics trade fairs for meeting customers and partners and discussing important developments and trends in the industry. After a break due to the pandemic, we are very much looking forward to welcoming numerous guests to our stand again to present innovations and solutions for the logistics of tomorrow." For Dr. Sigrid Evelyn Nikutta, DB Board Member for Freight Transport and CEO of DB Cargo AG, "transport logistic is the world's largest trade fair for logistics and mobility. The industry is finally united again! We look forward to exchanging ideas with our customers and showing that freight belongs on the rails."
