Manual hand pallet truck made of stainless steel
Pallet trucks play a crucial role in intralogistics and industry for the transportation of goods. The manually operated hand pallet truck type 400 Quick from EAP Lachnit has been specially developed for sensitive areas of application. It is made entirely of stainless steel and, according to the company, meets all legal requirements for the food and chemical industries as well as for biotechnology. Special versions for clean rooms or hazardous areas are also available.
Lifting loads with the quick function
According to the manufacturer, the hand pallet truck's quick function allows loads to be lifted in seconds with five pumping operations. In addition to its functionality, the hand pallet truck offers high operational reliability, requires little maintenance and is easy to clean.
Performance and safety
With a load capacity of up to 2500 kg and a maximum lifting height of 205 mm with an underride height of 85 mm, it is designed for demanding continuous use. Different fork lengths and widths offer flexibility depending on the operating environment. The robust frame of the 400 Quick model has a torsion-resistant design and is equipped with an overload protection system. Rounded fork ends protect the transported goods, while retractable and extendable rollers make it easier to pick up pallets.
For special areas of application
The hand pallet truck is available in appropriate versions for special environments such as clean rooms or hazardous areas. The "Ex version" is Atex and TÜV Süd certified and approved for the Ex II 2 GD c area. With its stainless steel construction, polished surfaces and IP67 protection rating, the type 400 Quick is particularly suitable for food and chemical production as well as biotechnology.
The stainless steel material makes it easy to clean. The hard chrome-plated piston minimizes maintenance requirements and increases operational safety.
