Low lift truck
Efficient entry-level models for transportation and loading
With the Linde T16 P to T20 P, Linde Material Handling is launching two new, compact low-platform trucks with folding driver's platform for a wide range of applications.
The vehicles with a load capacity of 1.6 and 2.0 tons have a width of 720 millimetres and are predestined for working in confined spaces. Thanks to travel speeds of up to 8.5 kilometers per hour, gradients of up to 20 percent and new comfort and safety features, they are designed for fast goods transport over short and medium distances as well as efficient loading and unloading. The trucks are available with either the latest generation of lead-acid or lithium-ion batteries. Fleet management and networking ensure productive use and effective service. The three-phase motor has an output of 1.3 kilowatts. The automatic booster effect provides an additional torque boost in difficult situations, such as when driving out of a pothole or when pulling out a pallet wrapped in foil that is stuck in the truck.
On inclined routes, the low-platform trucks have sufficient reserve under their non-deformable motor cover thanks to their climbing capabilities of 15 percent (Linde T16 P) and 13 percent (Linde T20 P) with load and 20 percent without load. Furthermore, the electric steering allows smooth and precise control even under full load, while the five-point support with centered drive wheel and spring-mounted support rollers keeps the truck stable during transport. Optional, integrated onboard chargers make operators independent of fixed charging stations. Further optimizations include the special Linde tiller head, which now has an activation angle of 65 degrees, and the driver's platform, which has been widened to 663 millimetres.
