The nestable NP1 range from Craemer
The nestable, lightweight and robust NP1 plastic pallet made of PE from Craemer meets the highest logistical requirements for optimum and permanent utilization of storage and transport space. The well thought-out plug-in system ensures that the nine feet fit perfectly and securely.
The NP1 lightweight pallet in Euro dimensions (1200 x 800 x 146 mm) is injection-molded in a single casting - with nine stepped feet and locking pins in the foot cavities open in the upper deck. Thanks to this sophisticated plug-in system, the NP1 plastic pallet impresses with its precise and secure nesting. Manual nesting and de-nesting of the NP1 pallets can be carried out without the use of force, and drive-in openings in the form of recesses on the short and long sides enable easy de-nesting using a forklift truck.
Space-saving solution for storage and transportation
A key advantage of nestability is the significant reduction in volume during empty transportation and storage. This saves freight costs and storage space and therefore increases the cost-effectiveness of circulation. Compared to other nestable lightweight pallets on the market, the NP1 plastic pallet from Craemer is heavier at 8.5 kilograms, but offers reliable stability and durability in daily use. At the end of its service life, the NP1 made of PE can be 100 percent recycled.
Secure grip thanks to Palgrip® anti-slip pads
The NP1 also scores points with Palgrip elements. As an experienced manufacturer of high-quality plastic pallets, Craemer has developed Palgrip, a unique anti-slip coating. This comes as standard on the upper deck in the form of 24 injection-molded, abrasion-resistant anti-slip pads. They offer efficient slip resistance and reliably secure the load, even on slopes and in damp conditions. Optional retrofittable anti-slip plugs on the underside secure the pallet to the fork. Thanks to integrated film slots on the long sides, loads wrapped in stretch film can be secured. The film end knot is hooked into the slot.
Stiffening profiles increase the bending stiffness
The load capacity of the nestable pallet from Craemer is 2500 kilograms when static and 1000 kilograms when moving. Two optional metal profiles increase the bending stiffness of the long sides when picking up with a forklift truck or pallet truck; the additional equipment with RFID transponders turns the plastic pallet into a traceable, "intelligent" information carrier. Other quality features include different outer edge variants and a temperature resistance of minus 30 degrees to plus 40 degrees Celsius, with a short-term heat resistance of up to 90 degrees. Craemer will be presenting the NP1 at Logimat in Hall 4, Stand 4B31.
