Securely sealed: Seals with barcodes
Bito-Lagertechnik is launching very special seals for the MB reusable container and the new EQ folding box: they are equipped with a barcode that is indelibly engraved into the plastic using a laser. This not only protects the originality of the packaged valuables for the sender and recipient. Special disposable seals have been used for years to ensure that containers have not been opened during transportation. Bito can now optionally equip the MBP3 seals for the Bitobox MB and EQP seals for the hinged container EQ with barcodes in pairs. Bito uses the laser marking process for this. This means that the numbers can no longer be changed at a later date. The user can now also record them very quickly and easily with their cell phone. They can then check the authenticity and transmit the barcode securely and error-free. The individual seal gives customers the assurance that their belongings have been stored securely. To further increase convenience for users, Bito is currently developing an app for scanning, transmitting and verifying barcodes.
